Lots of spots on carpets and furniture upholstery. Smoking staff made lobby smell loke cigarettes. Grounds not manicured bit for the price, we got what we expected.

New route off of highway 97 that the state installed or changed creates an issue trying to get to the hotel. I am sure that this impacts the number of guest staying at the hotel because now it's difficult To get to.

I wish I could have rated it better, however, I was given a king suite room with a jacuzzi tub in it which was great until I saw the sign hidden behind the shower curtain that read "Please use tub only to shower as tub leaks." I would think they would only use this room as a last resort, but they were not that busy.
