The rooms were spacious and clean. The service was prompt and all questions were answered.

Cordial staff came to our room and fixed TV! Good mattress and pillows. Nice ceramic tile tub walls. Good hot breakfast.

Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The only downside that we came across was the refrigerator didn’t get very cold even though we turned it up.

The front desk staff was very nice and pleasant. The room was great for the price. We needed to stop for the night while traveling and this hotel was great for that! They have a nice continental breakfast as well. We would stay again.

This Quality Inn is a bit quirky, with a dated, yet charming ambiance. The 70s architecture with sunken-floor common spaces, low ceilings, and a grand central "Tropical Courtyard" adorned with verdant ferns and mid-century furniture create the perfect Turnpike pitstop. While not the Ritz by any means, this diamond-in-the rough is a good value, and a bit more to the discerning eye.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. As soon as we walked into the lobby, we were hit with a strong, unpleasant odor – similar to the musty smell you'd find in the basement of an abandoned house. We were greeted by a young woman who didn’t seem to be a staff member, and the check-in process was done over the phone with a manager (I assume), who never identified himself. They spoke to each other in another language on speakerphone, while still addressing me in English. When I asked about the additional charge for our dog, the manager raised his voice, telling me I should "properly read the advertisement" before booking. That’s when I could tell my wife was uncomfortable and wanted to leave. We decided to go next door to the Hampton Inn instead. We figured it was better to lose our money than stay at this place. From the moment we arrived, we should have known something was off. The parking lot was almost empty, and unlike the nearby hotels, it hadn’t been plowed. It’s clear that customer satisfaction isn’t a priority here. I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake we made.

We came in late and stayed only overnight. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning had many options and good coffee. Only negatives - the ice macine was broken and there was only 1 bath towel per person. Some of us need 2.
