The room size was amazing. Very spacious. Really enjoyed having the balcony and the private restroom. Only thing is, mandatory house keeping that makes you leave your room while they clean. It took them 1.5 hours to do our room… and it wasn’t even touched hardly by the looks of it. But the breakfast is amazing. There’s a sweet man who works all by himself and does an amazing job. The receptionist were all amazing except the one female… she was very racist towards us and tried to accuse us of trying to manipulate her by asking for towels. Very odd. Other than that, great experience. Check out the beautiful Christmas decorations too!

Nice hotel, great friendly staff convenient location close to freeway with restaurant inside plus a MacDonalds next to the hotel
really clean my only suggestion or complain is shower water pressure is weak the rest totally recommend.

Liked almost everything except: shower water took a long long time to get hot. Shower water pressure was extremely low. Rain shower head, but water trickles down /slow dripping. Housecleaning didn’t replace new soap in the shower. Soap was worn down to thin layer but didn’t get replaced.

The property was nice and the room was beautiful and clean. However, there was a cockroach in the entrance hall into the building on the floor.

Property more than met expectations. Greeted nicely. Room acceptable. Free breakfast/parking is a real bonus. The on premises restaurant Social Aroma was terrific. Invited family members to try. They will return - they live in the area.
