H11013475 Filthy, bugs,stained towels! Gross bathroom. Want to make a complaint to corporate and demand refund!

The hotel was good.

Upon entering room ,we found many bugs, stained sheets, dirty comforter. Mirror dirty.Tired from traveling from Vermont, WE SLEPT WITH OUR CLOTHES ON. Left asap.Took pictures of it all. Never again. Will tell as many people about our experience. John C.

Roach hotel - literally.

the hotel called me 3-4 hours before check in and cancelled my reservation due to electrical problems with their rooms. I did not stay at this hotel

My room got canceled by the hotel. Waiting for refund!!

It looked like the rooms had been recently renovated but not well. Caulk around tub was rough and so therefore looked dirty. The room in general just had an overall grimy feel to it. Electrical outlet covers were not tight against the outlets and why are there never enough outlets for people to plug electronics in to? There was enough of a crack under the exterior door and the door between rooms that you could see daylight around the bottom and opening side. We were lucky enough to be on the ground floor in the front and hear the conversations of all of the people standing outside even when they weren't yelling (or revving their oversized truck engines) The check in clerk was incredibly rude. Check out person was much nicer. There were also additional fees tacked on $100 security deposit (cash if I wanted it back the next day or back on my card in 5-7 days) and $30 pet fee (non-refundable). I get the pet fee to a point but I think the security deposit was a bit much. And...the check in clerk informed me that it was on my reservation and on the website on expedia. I went back to look but did not find it on either. So buyer beware - I guess you get what you pay for.

Property is in great location and has good amenities.

Not only did the room smell very chemically like they we’re trying to cover up a bad smell that only made it worse, but they had some kind of party there and the people that came to it stayed up all night yelling laughing, making tons of noise all night long (couldn’t sleep). Did not feel safe. my son was very scared.

This place is a set up!!! Pure dirty and ghetto inside and out!!!!! We complained many time about the noises outside the room and drunk bystanders walking back and forth. The individual who ran the desk had an attitude. Than we had limited toilet paper mind you when we first came we had left over toilet paper from whomever stayed there before us!!!! Runnnnnnnnnn save your money, headache, despite, and time. 9/10 you’ll probably get robbed or bed bugs! If I could get my money back from the filth I would. I told my husband let’s stay somewhere else for our last day but everyone else was sold out due to homecoming. We slept on top of the blankets with our own blankets from Walmart we brought and trashed! We’re is the better business bureau when you need them! Poor hospitality as well and the breakfast was so limited and dirty all around the food they was even to dirty themselves to clean what was in front of them!!!!
