Not up to Choice Privileges standards. Stay somewhere else. Mold and rust in bathrooms. Carpeting in rooms not vacuumed. ‘Business being conducted middle of the night’ by other guests.

The visit was good,except the nite we stayed,we had a terrible problem with no heat/no hot water! That nite the temps went down to 34 degrees!! Otherwise,food was good(no extras,no frills),but the staff was courteous and very helpful./nice. Very clean place,comfortable bed and price was good!!

Waited 10mins at front desk for the clerk to show up so we could check in. He was very nonchalant and not the type of customer service you’d expect for having three groups of people waiting at for assistance.

The noise level after 11:30 was unbearable. It seems that the facility wasn’t very occupied and we found out that we were placed in the same wing as a group of about 30 students. It was too late for us to change rooms with all our stuff. When told about our night of very,very little sleep, the front desk just flippantly said that we should have called. They should have put them in away from the rest of the other occupants. She said that wasn’t her doing. It was a Tuesday night. And at midnight, the tv lost the signal. Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. 😤😡

The hotel location was perfect for us since we were visiting our son in Binghamton University, the hotel basically cross the street from the college, the staff were great and friendly, the room is spacious, clean and excellent for the price we were charged. Plenty of parking. The only little concern was that the bathroom was small in size but it is not a major issue for me as long it is clean . Try this hotel and you won’t be disappointed.
