My stay was pleasant. Yet the shower was not the best experience. Tho water temperature was perfect, the entire floor gets wet being that it's not enclosed. Other than that the staff were courteous and kind. And very helpful.

We arrived to find our hotel room was not ready. She said she had three housekeepers call out sick. When we finally got in our room, the pillows on one of the beds had black hairs on them. Made us think they just remade the bed and did not wash the sheets. They brought us two fresh pillow cases.

The room was great, very nice and clean. the lobby staff was fantastic. However,I did have to ask several times to get housekeeping. The pool was not open, most of the hotel was under construction. Construction noises most of the time. No restaurant for breakfast like posting made it look like. Even with all the little inconveniences, the important part is it was still a good room!

The motel is very Bad. it was out dated and smell old, the toilet ran all the time. the bed was so bad that there was lump in it. Wasn't able to get a good night sleep. When i pay in full on hotels.com the motel charge me $100 deposit. This is not a high class hotel. This motel should be tore down and rebuilt to make it a real HOTEL and the owner should lose their status of Quality Inn because it isn't quality. We book this because of are dog. It not even good for any Dog. Everyone PLAESE DON'T STAY HERE You will regret it
