Worst stay I've had in my 10+ years traveling
I was overcharged on multiple occations and the manager Abigail Angel was very unprofessional and un willing to help expain the issues with me being overcharged. I was on the phone with my bank trying to figure out all of these charges and she walked off while I was at the front desk and then came back and said "this sounds like a issue with your bank so you should take these papers back to your room" The bank representative was absolutely shocked that she was acting this way.... A very very rude/disrespectful individual unprofessional and not the kind of person to have as a manager at a hotel.
