We will recommend this hotel to our out of town friends when they are coming to Grand Rapids MI.
Looks old and rundown.
Hotel is old and rundown. Room was okay and bed was clean. Back stairwell was dangerous. 17 steps to small landing and if someone opens door as you're standing there could be bad ! Bathroom very small.
Nice hotel and amenities.
Hotel was clean. Pool is available all day. Hot tub was nice. We'd stay again.
Receptionist was nice.
room had several flaws. the bathroom door scrapped along the floor and was very hard to get open. drapes were broken and didn't fold correctly, etc.

This whole hotel needs a complete facelift. From the exterior to the interior it has seen better days. Holes in the ceiling, stains on the lamp shades and drapes… the pool area looked ok but I did not utilize it during my short stay. If anything, the price point was affordable and I didn’t wake up with bites so, positive? 😂

The heater in one room had a gross smell and hadn’t been cleaned out in a very long time. Staff at the desk was rude and they made me get another room just because my niece and nephews had a few friends visiting. No one was allowed to use the pool if they weren’t guests and no one was allowed to visit unless it was under 2 hrs total. We canceled our reservation for the second night and found a more accommodating hotel to stay at. We will not be returning to a quality inn period. I would rather pay a little more money for better customer service!
