Disgusting
This place is absolutely disgusting. I found stains all over the comforter and asked the receptionist for a different room. She took me to the first new room and that room had strands of hair all over the comforter… she then took me into four more rooms that either had hair on the comforter as well or even more stains. It was disgusting and your management/ employees should be ashamed of yourselves. I will say the young girl who helped me that night try to find another room was extremely sweet and helpful. I could tell she was extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed of each room she brought me too. Disgusting!
Always Great!
Great hotel. I stay every year around this time and never have any problems.
Poorly managed and terrible conditions.
We had a youth sports team block of families staying at this hotel which was selected because it was close to the venue of a tournament and promoted amenities we were looking for. This hotel charged $420 for two nights and we were stunned by what a complete ripoff this turned out to be. When we arrived there was no water at all in the hotel. Once eventually water was restored, we were told we cannot drink the water. For the first day after the water was restored, muddy gray water came out of the sinks and shower. The hotel also promoted a pool. The pool was not usable and was sectioned off with caution tape. As this was an important amenity and we planned to host a team party, the unannounced closure of the pool was disappointing. Then, we still held our party on the pool terrace and throughout the entire party there was a horrendous odor of sewage from the hotel in the air. Next, despite leaving the notice on our door that we wanted service to the room as should be expected at a hotel (certainly for this price), there was no service to the room. The original towels, washcloths and hand towels were stained. And there were not replacements in the room when we returned after being gone all day. So, I went to the front desk. Not one time during the entire stay was there someone at the front desk when we needed something so we wait and wait and wait until someone arrives. I asked for new towels and washcloths and was told I needed to walk with the front desk person to the laundry room to get some. Still, no washcloths were available and I was given two towels that look like they should have been paint rags. The breakfast they served was terrible. The sausage was overcooked and the eggs were fake. The yogurt was spongy as I am sure they simply kept taking the yogurt that sat out for one day's breakfast and re refrigerated to bring out for the next day's breakfast and repeated that cycle for who knows how many days. Overall this was a truly awful experience. This is a one star hotel. Stay away.

The hotel staff were very nice, and the room I stayed in was clean and in great condition. I was on a short business trip and it was perfect! The internet connection was reliable and fast. It was quiet and I slept well throughout my stay.

Super close to six flags and nice pool. There was outdoor chess, pool noodles, and the staff was playing music and taking requests. My bath loving 6 year old had them play the Pi song and blue multiple times and they were very nice and kept playing the songs he liked.
