Great hotel, staff, amenities, parking!
Love staying here on our way to Florida. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean with all amenities and it’s quiet. Very accommodating when requesting a specific area of the hotel to stay in and it can handle parking for trucks with trailers.

Carpeting needs replacing. Heat and air unit was excessively noisy. Pet friendly came with a price that was not pre-announced (friendly at a cost so to speak).

While the staff was very friendly and the room was clean, this "nonsmoking" room smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, I almost left to find a different hotel. While everything else was fine for an overnight stay on a road trip, I would not stay here again due to the heavy cigarette smell.

I stay at this hotel when hiking in the New River Gorge because it's a great location to access trails, there's a restaurant and bar on site, the rooms are clean and comfortable, it's easy to get to, and the town of Fayetteville is a short and easy drive away for more restaurants and bars.

The location was central, has an on-site bar and restaurant, and a good free continental breakfast in the gift shop from 6:30-10:00 am! Will definitely stay here the next time I visit New River Gorge. The wings at the restaurant are 🔥!!!
