The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Competent and friendly staff.

This is the BEST Quality Inn from here (California) to Minneapolis and we've stayed at many. Brandon and Daniel are always accommodating when we are in town last minute. The rooms are clean, the breakfast hot, dog friendly with a nice area for them.

Our family was evacuated during LA fires and we left our homes with my wife and kids including my mother in law and sister. All hotels were booked between Camarillo to Solvang. We were able to find a couple of rooms with Quality Inn and the gentlemen that helped us was very nice, patient and understanding. As we were on our way to the hotel we got the notice that the evacuation orders were lifted. We made a decision of going back home instead of driving two hours away (to Solvang). We contacted Quality Inn to ask if there's anything they can do with the charges that done and sure enough they refunded fully the charges. Thank you so much, we didn't get a chance to stay at the hotel but with our experience with the customer service. They are amazing.

Overall, a good value for a quick getaway. Manager was friendly and kitchen/ breakfast staff worked hard. Breakfast variety was pretty good (although eggs had little taste due to being instant with filler.) Biscuits & gravy were tasty. Also, dining area was cramped.

For the price, this hotel is an excellent option. Great location, easy parking with Tesla chargers nearby, clean rooms, good beds, plenty of hot water and a basic breakfast to boot. We actually paid less for a stay here than we were paying for one wine tasting for two people - that’s a whole other conversation.
