The staff are very rude and don't know how to check in, their English is poor.
The hotel generally has hygiene problems, the bathrooms and rooms are dirty, the air conditioners are dusty, the walls are leaking and the bathroom is terrible.
I'm not even talking about the sheets and pillows!
Also there is no soap and shampoo in the bathroom and they only give one towel.
I stayed here because there weren't many options in the area but I would never stay here again, I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

The outside of the hotel was clean and welcoming, the front desk does not speak english well at all. The elevators were not working well, buttons were broken and one was out of service. They offered coffee in the entry way but none was ever available. Black stains on the carpet in the room. I won't be staying again

The stay was ok. The appearance of the room didn't meet our expectations (not thoroughly cleaned, broken outlets, ceiling in the shower rusty). The down button on the second floor for the elevator is/was broken. The description of the 'free buffet breakfast' is inaccurate, it's more or less just a continental breakfast which was a disappointment. We were planning on using the pool, but come to find out it was shut down by the health department on 11/26/24
