This place has come a long way. The improvements are welcoming. The staff is friendly. Great place for the price. Will stay again.

The room stunk and was dirty. Dogs barked the whole time we were there even during the middle of the night, management didn’t do anything about it. Staff was rude.

I try not to write bad reviews, but this place is a dump. It really needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Harsh weather in the area and college weekends have taken a toll. It has really been beaten up. But on a brighter note, it's probably one of the better motels in Pocatello.

I tried to book a hotel for the first time on your website, and it turned out to be a traumatic experience. I know that last-minute bookings can be frustrating, but I booked the hotel 30 minutes before check-in at 11:30 pm, just hoping to get some good sleep and relax after a long and exhausting drive. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk informed us that they couldn’t find our reservation number in their system. I called customer service to ask for the reservation number, and it turned out that the number you provided was already in use. I then called again to cancel the booking. I hope you can improve your response time and provide me with a full refund as soon as possible for the inconvenience you caused us.
