Nice and quiet
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. There was someone always available no matter the time. The location is great. I loved the peace and quiet there that I stayed a second night when I originally reserved a room for one night. Thank you for the great service.

Tonya at the front desk was absolutely amazing she needs a raise. We really enjoyed the breakfast as well thank you and I would recommend to stay there again 😀.

I spoke with a person name Joseph on from desk and when I asked he's name again he gave me a total different name just for asking a question and he was real rude on customer service. Guys like him need to be out the people service because he don't know how to talked to people.

Not a lot of choice for breakfast and coffee was lousy. Hotel was in very shabby shape, definitely needs renovation! Loved housekeeping, they came in every day, emptied trash, left clean towels, and made the bed. Tonya at the front desk was extremely pleasant, even if she couldn’t recommend restaurants to us! LOL

Hotel was very convenient to I 85 and nearby restaurants. Hotel is older and could use a refresher. The pool was not working and they did not have a hot tub. We stayed at this hotel because it was affordable as we were attending a NHRA race in Charlotte.

Mattresses were stained and old, carpet smelled like wet dog, the pool was broken, the breakfast bar wasnt working, the was poorly patched drywall repair in our room. Looks like maintenace isnt kept up.

The only thing that was the $150 deposit which is crazy for a hotel. They did only take $100.
