The clock radio was left on buzz and kept me awake for an hour and half until I was able to unplug it.

Stayed for four nights. A/C worked great. Room was clean and comfortable. Good grass for my dogs to potty. Staff very friendly.

We booked due to a dark in our family. Once arriving we find out that the pool is not available, there was a spider in our room and the shower wa so slippery that my 69 yo mother had to hold on with one hand and try and shower with the other. Very unsafe conditions for an elderly person to try and bathe in. After the funeral services Saturday afternoon my mother didn’t feel comfortable with staying at the hotel so luckily we live only four hours away, so we headed home. We ask for a refund for the remaining night that we were not going to utilize the room. I explained the situation and that after the spider and shower incident my mother didn’t feel safe and wanted to return home. We were denied our refund. I submitted a claim not once but twice and they were all denied. So we are being charged for a Second night that we actually did not stay. Between the hotel and the third party that we booked through, neither is willing to help rectify the situation. My opinion, a company or companies that are unwilling to work with or accommodate their guest to their fullest potential, is not worth my money in the future. There are two other nicer hotels across the street and beside this hotel that I would be more inclined to try before Resulting to this hotel.

Ended up not staying. I booked this location for the pool. It was broke. Went to the room there was no tub. Went to the desk to ask to change to a room with a tub since I wouldn't be soaking in the pool. Found out there are NO tub in any room. Then I cancelled my reservation.

When we got there they tried to charge us another $100 that was not mentioned in the original booking anywhere. When this was pointed out they canceled our reservation and sent us away. Worst coustomer service i have ever had.

The door knob was not in good working condition. I had to get the hotel cleck to let me into my room twice because you have to hold the door knob a certain way for it to unlock. The whole place had a stail/musky odor.

This place was dirty with not only stained carpets but the pillows smelled awful. The place reeked of weed and old cigarette smoke. The parking lot was full and men were out in the parking lot loitering late at night. I was immediately regretting my decision to stay here, but I arrived late after driving 10 hours. It was $112 and a total rip off. Walking down the halls were very loud. Trash was on the ground outside my room. It felt and smelled awful. I would give zero stars if I could.

I really like this hotel very close to my family when I come to visit from Maryland. I wanted to ask the front desk do they ever deep clean the carpets due to pet's. Because there is always a very heavy urine smell in rooms but other than that my stay was good.
