Front desk personnel were very polite upon check in and check out. The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable but could use a bit of an upgrade, especially in the bathroom. We also did not realize upon booking the hotel, that it was near the very busy highway. Otherwise our stay was comfortable and pleasant.
It was only one night but was mediocre.
Front desk was not very helpful at check in. Breakfast was average. Room was very nice and clean. Everything else was okay.

The sink didn't drain and there was a musty odor in the room but overall it was a good experience.

TV, phone and hairdryer didn't work. Toilet seat broke. Check-in was ridiculous. The staff were nice though.

I have recently had much better experience @ Sleep Inn
This one has imitation eggs and terrible coffee and makers in room from another chain that regularly books for $30 less per night, Toilet paper cheaper than cruise lines and 1/4 smaller. both width and length

Air conditioning doesn't work! Bed linen smells of sweat! Bath towels are extremely rough!

The air conditioner was loud and made strange noises, the bed was very uncomfortable and the shower floor was slick that I fell getting into it. The room was clean and the environment around was safe
