Room was clean and comfortable. The facility is nice. I think the staffing needs to be worked on. There was no ice bucket or cups in the room and had to go to desk to get them. Then discovered no washcloths and it took almost a half an hour for them to bring them. This was 11:00 at night. Continental breakfast was sparse and the juice Machine ran out. If those things were fixed we would stay again.

Was not impressed at all with this property.

Everything was nice and clean

The room was great. However in the morning I saw 2 millipedes walking across the tile floor.

Staff were very nice and helpful.

I will neverrr in my life will i ever stay at this hotel ever again in my life. I was displaced from my home due to my neighbor starting a fire and the manager thought it was cool to crack a rude joke “just don’t burn our hotel down” umm excuse me? Then at breakfast, i noticed other people had their dogs, no one said a word to them. I assumed oh, it must be a thing and it was okay. While we were in the lobby with my dog… the manager said something to us. I moved him but I thought it was funny that it was okay for others and not for us. Also, here is where I will never stay at the nastiest Hilton that Hilton ever owned. I wonder if Hilton know they owned these nasty things. Their bathroom door was stuck. When I tried opening it, their cheap paint that they used chipped and they kept my deposit over it. Knowing I was in a crappy situation and need all the money I could get… the pocket my deposit!! And from the sounds of it, they like to pocket everybody elses deposit too! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS NASTY CHEAP HOTEL NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THEY ARE!!!

Nice place, great location. breakfast was good. Over all I enjoyed my stay.

The room was very clean just a few cracks in shower wall other than that no complaints staff was veery accommodating I will stay there again. Don’t know if we will use booking site again we were overcharged for room.
