Charging for Cancelled Reservation.
My husband was unable to travel for his planned trip due to a heart attack. I called on 3/22 and cancelled the hotel reservations he had for 3/24 and 3/29 (you had to call and cancel the reservations 24 hours before the check in date). I received a refund for the 3/24 reservation but have not received a refund for 3/29. We have always stayed at Sleep In and Suites when flying out of Omaha but we will definitely NOT be staying there in the future!
Overall nice rooms.
The heat never turned down so I shut it off. The heater works Great, maybe too great. The shower was very nice except the pressure seemed a little low. May not be your problem. Could be the hydraulics of the water system.

No heat in room - after several complaints, was moved to another room. TV in 1st room did not work at all. Could only receive 4 channels in 2nd room, despite being hooked to Cox Cable box.
