4 night stay. No hot water multpile times so was unable to shower and bathe my toddler. Poor excuse to why. Noise from from aging floors waking us up sounding like someone entering the room. The hotel struggled to provide basic comforts but wanted full payment for the stay. No real offer to make us more comfortable, I insisted on changing room to try and solve the problem. Last year I had 60 stays hotel stay and this is the worst I have ever had. I use marriott or hilton but didn't expect this far of a drop off. I will not attempt to stay again but this is a fair warning for travels looking for a worry free stay. It was terrible.

The woman working the front desk at night was very helpful and nice. She made sure everything met our expectations the next morning when she saw us in the lobby and asked if we needed anything further.

Checkout time was 11am. WHY is housekeeping knocking on the door at 9am!!! Ridiculous.
