Showed up to the hotel the night of our reservation to be told they “could not charge the virtual card for hotels.com” so they gave away our room to someone else. This left us without a hotel close to midnight after a full day of travelling.

The room was clean. We thinks maid service cleaned up but dis make the bed and threw away a card we wanted to keep. If we didnt want it we would have thrown it away ourselves.

They gave us a king bed, instead of the 2 Queen beds.
The young man cussed at his mistake and gave us a suite which was nice but
the bed's were too hard and kept me awake for hours.
