Bathroom tiles and calk were a mess, room had a foul oder.
Took 4 days to get fresh towels. Coffee maker did not work, WiFi was up and down.

We chose not to keep this reservation. The front desk indicated we had to leave a $100 cash deposit for the room or a credit card charge of $100 to be credited back to our card in 2-3 business days.
No way.
We got a wonderful room at the hotel next door and happily paid the extra $12!

I’m the type of person that brings cleaning supplies with them when I go stay somewhere that’s not home. The room was beautiful, the bathroom setup was amazing. The only problem I had was when I walked into the bathroom there was roaches and lil black bugs crawling everywhere. It wasn’t that many but I had to clean the entire bathroom. After I bleached and fabuloso everything I did not see anymore bugs for the rest of my stay.
