Hospitable at check in, clean, excellent location.
We plan to visit Newnan two to three times a year. My wife and I were very satisfied and will stay at the Quality Inn Newnan each time. Thank you for making our visit an enjoyable experience.

The desk clerk was not friendly or helpful. He almost didn’t want us there. We had to use Expedia to check in because they could not find the reservation that I had place two weeks ago. It was frustrating on customer service part. Wouldn’t allow our service animal in unless we moved rooms. Overall the customer service was bad.

Attendant at check in was kind but had no access to toiletries due to renovations. Clock in room was broken had to get them to change it. One morning at 9am and one morning at 5am workers began sawing and working so we did not have much sleep the entire trip. Very hard with children

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I didn’t get an opportunity to try the breakfast. The only thing was the tub didn’t drain while taking a shower.
