It doesn't look at all what the picture looks like the beds sheets were nasty to where I wouldn't sleep under the covers walls need to be painted floors wasn't swept and no free WiFi

Cleanliness of the room. Housekeepers gave room service without having to ask. Greatly appreciated and look forward to staying again.

There was permanent marker on the bathroom wall, the edge of the tub had been burned by a cigarette. The furnace was tore up, the beds were very hard, the coffee in the room was awful. While checking to make sure there was no bed bugs, we discovered someone’s shirt pushed between the bed and the headboard, someone took permanent marker and drew pictures on the mattress.

It was a simple property, but we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the effort to have our room cleaned and towels exchanged every day.
Only downfall was the key cards, they had to be reprogrammed every single day

Broken bathroom door, blocked drainage for sink, dirty linen which appeared to be wet. It could be body fluids or something else. I’ve taken pictures of the above. Customer service counter representative did not answers to our question.

The room was dirty, it felt old and cheap. The beds were rock hard with three half pillows with very little filling. The towels had permanent stains from the years of use. The hot water lasted for a minute or two before turning cold for the rest of the shower and other guest. Considering the new hotels around this one, they will need to do a major renovation to attempt to compete.
