The room we were given on the first floor next to the poor people who were displayed from hurricane
We will never stay at this hotel again and the fees were extremely expensive plus the management could not give us a written receipt for the full amount telling us since we booked with a 800 number and not call the hotel. Directly,, the room was clean and the. Sheets and towels were adaquate, it everything else needed to be upgraded, since there were other room’s available we were so disappointed that we. Had to be put on this row of rooms especially that we were originally given a more acceptable room first and then the management enforced we pack up our belongings and more, the doggie poop on the grounds was so unacceptable,.
Noisy, dirty unsafe due to clientele.

Bed too soft, hallways dirty too much $ for what we pd.

I stayed in an upgraded room and it was comfortable, clean and all of the hotel personnel were quite friendly.
Comfy stay, great location.
My upgraded room was clean, comfortable and quiet. All personnel were quite helpful, friendly and made the stay easier. The grounds were kept clean and the smoker's area was appreciated. I enjoyed my stay.

Pleasant Stay
The place is clean and comfortable. I visit my family yearly and this is where I stay. They have security personnel and I felt my vehicle and I were safe. Plus it's affordable!

Liked the economical cafe. Personable, friendly waitress. We didn't like: the near continual smoking outside of rooms. Young drivers making deliberate noise in parking lot with their vehicles.

I discovered the heater a/c unit was always on and the thermostat didn't work. I figured it at about 2 am when I found that even turning the unit off didn't keep the fan from running . I let it go several minutes on "off" but it was pulling 40 degree air in from the outside. So my choices were to let the room go down to 40 or to lay in bed sweating all night because the room was up around 80 degrees. I chose the 80 degrees but did not get much rest. Room 168.
