The door padlock wouldn't lock. Then had difficulty opening the door from the inside as well via handle. We moved for this and two rooms not having the T.V. working properly. The lady was nice trying to resolve it but the door issues didn't make us feel safe at all. Oh and breakfast included didn't include any cold drinks like water, juice or milk. Wasn't expecting luxury but not everyone drinks hot drinks in the morning, especially not kids.

Hotel needs a complete renovation- we’ve stayed at other Red Roof inns and this one doesn’t even compare..after one night we left
Breakfast was sub par, bread and bagels still in packaging with no way to get it out.
Towels were small and paper thin. Washcloths were stained and unusable. After switching old remote with new one, still didn’t work

The evening desk clerk was a very nice lady. The 3 day weekend stay started well but it was spent with the same 2 towels and 2 washcloths for 2 people the entire stay . We took turns going and asking for fresh,clean ones but was told repeatedly there were no clean ones available. Saw the housekeepers cart (empty) abandoned on the sidewalk for about an hour then it disappeared,lol.
