Staff friendly. Helpful. Room clean, beds comfortable.

The room was awful!!! The bathroom did not look as if had actually been clean. Hair all over the floors, toilet shower. Tooth paste on sink, mirror was dirty, hair in the bed sheets. Asked for a refund on second night and was suppose to have communication later in the day, and owners did not reach out. Still have not had any communication or refund. So will be following up again!

Rooms were disgusting, nothing was cleaned properly. One bed had chest/pubic/facial hair all over it, in bed, on all sides of pillows. Sink has men’s shaving whiskers all caked around faucet and behind sink. Friends room toilet looked like the outside of it had never been cleaned. Druggies trippin outside of rooms, homeless sleeping against building… will NEVER stay at this hotel again. DO NOT RECOMMEND

My reservation was cancelled and we were terrified and didnt have a place to stay. Also there was homeless people sleeping on the ground against the building. Very unhealthy atmosphere.

When I arrived I was told that my room was being deep cleaned because someone was living in the room for 8 months and she had just moved out when I left and came back at check in time there were nats In the room I told the manger she didn’t offer to move me and when I asked about another room she said they were booked but I stayed for a week because I didn’t have any where else to go at the time I had to get all my own supplies to kill the infection in the room but the rooms she said were booked wasn’t actually checked into until the day I was leaving . The room didn’t look like the pictures on the site there weren’t any trash cans in the rooms stains on the sheets and the breaker kept tripping in my room I had to call maintenance atleast 4 times

Staff was good. Place was clean but desperately needs updating

Our room in OYO Hotel in St. Helen's, OR, was very basic. It was clean and the beds were adequate. The floor had paint spills all over it and the walls had some holes and peeling paint. There was a large refrigerator. The staff member at check-in was VERY nice and funny. Unfortunately, he had to ask everyone for a CASH damage deposit since their system for holding deposits was not working with credit cards. We did not have the amount he was asking for, but he accepted $40. We thought this might be some sort of scam, but we got our $40 back in the morning. All-in-all, this stay was a mixed bad. I don't think I would choose this site again.
