A group of old friends gathered here for two days. There were 12 of us and the manager was able to get all our rooms in a row to make it more convenient for us. The Inn was clean with a cozy atmosphere. The staff was very accommodating. It was quite convenient driving right up to our doors. We would stay here again and will recommend this Inn to others.

Reasonable, clean place to stay with our 65 pound lab. Park outside your door. Best alternative in Portsmouth.

On a recent stay, we booked a standard king room. The room itself was of decent size and reasonably well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were excellent. The shower, while a bit on the small side, had very comfortable water pressure. The downsides: For whatever reason, we were booked into a room that can best be described as staying in your parents' finished basement. The ceiling was LOW. The television, while nominally connected to cable/satellite, got only one channel. In addition, several of the power outlets in the room didn't work. I forgot to mention the true high-point of the stay: The staff. Our experience with each and every staff member we met was excellent. Would I stay here again? Yes. But I would make SURE to get a room in a different part of the property.

Do not stay here!! We had two rooms. One toilet was clogged when we arrived the other clogged and overflowed the next morning. The manager was rude and said nothing he could do about it. Left us to clean up the toilet water flowing everywhere. Two people in our party could not shower. The next day when I spoke with him his attitude was no better and when someone in Our group knocked over some paper cups he said “nothing but a f***ing doofus”. This is the worst place I have ever stayed! It was old and needed repairs. For the price it should have been way better.
