my stay was three days, frist day internet was ok, day two breakfast eggs were chalky sausage was a little slimy on one side ,coffee and I like coffee was bad. later that night, internet spotty. day three breakfast the same, internet not working ,told front desk , they refereed me to supplier, one hour on the phone with them , back to spotty

The blankets are nice and warm

Our stay was 5 nights. The first thing upon check in was they asked for a credit card and immediately charged twenty five dollar fee. A five dollar a day"environmental fee". When i asked why that wasn't just included in their rate, the clerk mumbled something about booking through a "third party" (hotels.com?). A couple of minutes later I'm back at the front desk to ask how much the drinks in the vending machine cost and he says, "I don’t know. We don’t own those". Aside from that, the hotel was about what we expected since we had opted for a "budget" hotel. The one positive amenity was the included breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, home fries, waffles, breakfast burritos and sandwiches, yogurt, fruit, bagles and sweet rolls. I wouldn't stay there again because i was put off by the per night "environmental fee". I mean, what does that mean? My BS detector maxed out on that!

When we checked in, my wife turned the shower on, and the water was only tepid.. We went to the front desk and iinformed the desk clerk. He checked for another empty room and went there to check the shower water temperature which was fine, then allowed us to switch rooms. On checkout day, my wife was still exhausted because she hadn't slept well. The manager who was at the desk, allowed her to take a nap after normal checkout time. Greatly appreciated!

Shower water in our first room was only tepid. We spoke to the night manager, and he went to another room and checked the water temperature and we changed roomswithout a problem. On the plus side, the day manager, who I understand was the owner, allowed my wife to sleep for an hour and a half after checkout time as she was exhausted. I sat in the entry room while she slept. Now this may not work for you, but it was a very gracious act on her part! Nice property, clean and accessible.
