The beds and bedding need to be replaced

It's a decent place for the money and a great location. The beds were comfortable and the sheets clean and starched. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The TV could use an update and the cable service is the worst in terms of seeing whats available and navigating to it. They closed the hot tub the last night we were there so we couldn't use it that next morning before we checked out as we were planning and they gave no warning about that. Breakfast was really good and Maria was so kind and friendly and energetic as a server. The guy at the front desk in the evenings is a jerk. Unfriendly. No sense of humor or willingness to go the extra mile with information or even a smile. He alone would make us consider staying somewhere else. Parking lot had trash all over with garbage bins overflowing.

Rooms were clean, water pressure was good, beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly even as an obviously Lion fan in Packer country. Solid hotel for a visit for a game in Green Bay
