Difficulty getting cancellation.
Booked the 23rd of June. Had health emergency the 25th of June. Doctor told me not to travel. Cancelled at front desk on June 27 requesting email or text confirmation of cancellation and called front desk again the 28th requesting confirmation of cancellation. It was never received and staff was confused as I was not found in reservations for July 4th arrival leaving the 8th. With that incompetance, I did not call again and now motel states I was a NO SHOW. I will contest this fee as I did cancel immediately after I knew I could not travel and within the necessary allowed time for cancellation. Regards, Howard McCutchan, OD.
Bit run down,couch dirty and worn,.
obvious construction,very much needed. realized we were in Colorado sat Eve.,someone smoking pot,really skunkysmelling,dining room was clean,and we'll stocked.

We were supposed to have breakfast with the room. All there was was coffee toast oatmeal. The room the room 130 carpet was ripped up at the opening stains on the couch remote control had to hold up the ceiling to change the Hotel is under construction

Room and facilities were good a clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast available but very limited and the waffles were not good. Had my favorite cereal tho. Serveral food optikns close by and a mall pretty close.
The parking lot is pretty small, a little creepy at night, and kinda dumb in design. There was also a (possibly abbandoned) car out back with several large rocks thrown thru the windshield. So that was... uh interesting. My car was fine.
