Very clean, great staff, scrambled eggs and juices great, all other food mediocer.
Phone booking was awful due to poor English and told me wrongly there was a spa jacuzzi.
Outstanding customer service.
Smooth check in and out. Clean room with ample towels and bath supplies. Breakfast items were displayed very professionally.

It was a good stay EXCEPT the bathroom door squeaked so bad I did tell the front desk they said they were gonna take care of it but never did!!!
Also when checking in the bald headed Asian guy was on the rude side!! I told him not to run my card because I was going to do an immediate transfer so I could pay for the deposit and the pet fee he went ahead and charged the pet fee before I could transfer it’s maddening because my bank charges a fee for not having enough money in the account! If he had just waited two minutes it all woulda been fine! Other than that our stay was satisfactory

We came to San Bernardino to see Gladys Knight in concert at the Yaamava casino. We also, enjoyed breakfast the next morning and taking pictures next to the Christmas tree in your hotel. Thanks for a Wonderful stay. Scott was amazing...
