I just stayed twelve days at the Hyatt in Pleasanton. Staff extremely friendly and courteous, especially the ladies in the breakfast room. The room was comfortable and it was conveniently located for me. I will be happy to return. Grounds are well-kept when the dry weather is not wreaking havoc.

Wanted to find a comfortable location for my family during a sporting tournament. The location was great and rooms spacious. The temp outside was over 100 degrees during our stay. When our AC stopped working, front desk quickly sent maintenance to fix. Daily breakfast was great. Would stay again

Loved the quiet neighborhood; front desk (night crew) were not helpful and took almost 40 min ringing us up for two soda and two bags of chips. No towels at the pool. Will stay again but will make sure we’re better prepared to fend for ourselves.

The Hyatt House is a very nice place to stay except for one item. It doesn't have any elevators but have 3 floors. So elderly or people with physical issues will have a very difficult time unloading their items and luggage if they are on the 2nd or 3rd floor. The breakfast was excellent. You can get an customized omelet if you desire.
