Worst front desk service !! Upon arrival front desk agent says Pool was closed but day of my check out manger says our pool never close so don't knw also electricity went out for more than 4 hours they didn't do anything about it we travel with our little one but they don't care !! Do not stay at this property specially if you are travel with kids not recommended I did complaint but nobody reach me out yet ... worst experience

We had a larger room - my only complaint was a lack of lighting. We were beside the hot tub so opening blinds were not always an option. But otherwise very happy! Loved the staff, service, robes, etc! Would definitely return!
