I was disappointed for the amount of money. We had two bedroom suite. Key situation was very frustrating! NO coffe was miserable. I called desk twice to get replacement. Never did! We had NO lotion. Desk gave me one very small bottle. I was disappointed for the amount of money I spent for what I had anticipated being a better than usual room. It was less than average.
Coffee maker missing parts. No lotion in dispenser. 6 replaced keys.
I called front desk immediately upon discovery of our coffee maker missing parts. I also called about NO lotion. And six trips to front desk for replacement keys during “key lock” switch. It was a holiday express experience at an exuberant fee for this two bedroom suite. Very disappointed. I would expect so much more for this price.
Awful showers—controls didn’t work. Rest average.
Will never stay here again!

My water pipes were frozen and family arrived for a pre-planned weekend visit. I booked a room at Homewood Suites Vanderbilt for a party of 2 adults. The front desk/check-in experience was easy and upon hearing the circumstances of the booking, invited me to join my family for the complimentary breakfast the next morning. Very friendly, efficient and accommodating,

We had a great stay. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only suggestions is I wish there was more than one person at the front desk. There were few times that I just had a quick question and I had to wait a while until they finished with another guest. Otherwise, the Suites by Hilton by Vanderbilt are awesome! We will continue to stay here when we visit Nashville.
