The electricity was out after driving 3hrs to get there cant get ahold of noone will have to go back tomorrow to see if they will give money back.

The place is ok, but with horrible management!

Management is not flexible with house keeping. You see my room over the weekend had a lamp out due to electrical problems. The cleaning lady comes knocking on your door every single day (do not disturb signs are not provided) and the day maintenance was coming at noon I told housecleaning to come after the maintenance guy as he could leave a mess. Well the lamp was fixed but housekeeping never came back. The manager said once housekeeping goes to your room you either let them come in or they never come back that day

Within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars.

The were renovating during my stay, interrupting my sleep early in the morning & lasted until 6pm & i'm pretty sure other guest will say the samething.

The manager was extremely rude after staying 3 nights 4 days after 100s of dollars they woke me up pounding on my door with a full armada and watched me pack all my stuff while they glared at me the whole time because thats not awkward right? Lol and i keep the room extremely clean much better then i found it thats for sure i had no negative interactions with anyone it was completely random and i would actually like a refund at least for the last night contact me with any questions

1st of all I had no idea that I had to pay a deposit. I only went with a specific amount of $ to Oh for the 2 days I was there. I had a very important doctor’s appointment and was not counting on losing $ for those 2 days. I needed the $ for Ubers and etc… Last month I stayed 1 week at Extended StayAmerica and I did not have to deposit anything. Now I have to wait for the $ to deposit back into my account. When I walked into the room I walked right out and I went straight to the store to buy 2 Apple cinnamon scented candles. I came back lit them, put 1 in the restroom and 1 out in the room. It did not help. I only showered 1 of the 2 days that I stayed there(I shower 2 times a day normally) and I did not want to take my flip-flops off because it was disgusting inside of the shower. I also had my granddaughter on the first night and I did not allow her to touch the floor with her bare feet. I literally threw both of the pair of socks that we used away because the whole floor was also disgusting. The air conditioner had the filter light on. I thought the smell was from the air conditioner so I removed it and I scrubbed it. No, it was not that because the horrible smell kept coming from the bathroom. It was a mixture of mildew with death, terrible terrible smell. Unfortunately, I believe this is my fault because I was in a very, very tight budget. Next time if I don’t have enough to pay for another hotel, I prefer to stay in a shelter. That’s how bad it was.
