The man who help me with checking at night shift was hard to understand, and he was sweating in a 30 degrees weather, look very confused and I was paying in advance for the room online and he was trying to charge me for the room again!
Very awkward! The room under the beds was dirty and the cleaning crew left cleaning brushes in the bathroom, very bad experience!

The Quality Inn looked cleaned but the sheets on the bed had hair on them. I wondered whether or not they had been changed. The fridge in the room was loud and we slept without the heater because it was way too loud to sleep with it on. Slept only a couple of hours by the time I turned everything off. The bed itself was uncomfortable. Not too much good to say about it except the staff was very nice and friendly.

We were so pleased with our stay. I’ve read many hotel reviews stating how great a place is and gotten there to discover it was actually a dump and the reviewers must have been paid. Not this time. The facility was clean, check in super easy, well maintained and comfortable. The over the top for us however was the staff. After a very long travel day with our 90 pound rottie, we were greeted by Julie at the desk who was so friendly and professional, our check in probably took all of a minute. She then made sure we knew of what amenities were available and the great breakfast (which we didn’t stay for as we needed to get an early start). This is absolutely our new go-to in Fallon.
