This was our third time booking at this hotel for our annual trip to Michigan. Chance, the person behind the desk, was very kind and helpful when checking us in. The room was great! The shower was nice. My husband used the gym and said it got the job done of what he needed. Breakfast was very good! The hot section is always a hit. We thanked the manager behind the check in counter before we left and asked to pass along the thanks to his staff!

Madly at the front desk was quick, engaging and very efficient…knew where to eat and that Hillcrest Golf Club was a fun place to play 👍.

The entire staff was always very welcoming. The hotel underwent a renovation a year before and it looked great. The room was spacious,clean and the beds were very comfortable. The morning breakfast buffet area was spotless and was staffed by several people. The buffet offered a wide selection of food. It was wonderful to eat there. And don’t forget to go to Dietsch’s Ice Cream and Candy, for the best treats anywhere!
