We couldnt close the bathroom door completely. Other than that it was great.

I got locked out of my room twice. Key just stopped working. First guy re programmed no problem. Happened again second guy I need your Id. My id is in my room as I simply left to grab ice now I can’t get back in. Took 10 min of back and forward after showing other identities. Then someone entered my room while I was gone and didn’t do anything. Didn’t replenish anything. Breakfast sucked everyday for 3 days no Orange Juice. So it’s that hard to go to the local grocery and purchase Orange juice. I’ll never stay here again trust me. Easy decision

The staff is amazing!!

Visit Norman, OK 3-4x a year… Had been using close by the area, another property which had been getting bad since started going there.. Location is good 👍 Personal appearance better cleaned up Will be our new OK roost for family visits

The saying, “you get what you pay for” is accurate with our stay. The price was $68 per night. Very fair price but there were things that just wasn’t right. They had no wash clothes! The indoor pool was shut down. The outlet next to the bathroom sink was dead so you had to dry hair outside of the bathroom at the full length mirror and that outlet was so wore out someone had to hold the plug in the outlet. The hair dryer had to be retrieved from another room. Not enough towels or soap for the bathroom. The plunger for sink drain was laying outside the sink and we lost a ring down the open drain. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The TV didn’t work. The breakfast was decent. The staff was nice and took notes about all of the room problems and said the items would be fixed.

This hotel is a must stay. It's quiet, clean, and conveniently located next to the highway for easy access and plenty of food options. The front desk staff was very courteous and professional and made checking in a joy. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very clean and firm. My only complaint is they need more food options for breakfast. Overall this hotel was a great place to stay and we'll definitely be back.

Great staff, quiet, great clean room

The place was clean, but the lights didn’t work. The door cards had to be replaced, and it took three tries and the next day before the tv worked.

Overall poor condition, keys kept needing to be reloaded, unclean and poorly stocked breakfast.
