Bar and waiter lacked knowledge and over charged us by $50. Bartender said he would comp us for the mistake and charged us anyway. Bar staff supervisor Jose was rude and didn’t help his employees.

When visiting Stanford Medical, we always enjoy the pleasant stay at the Crown Plaza. It is a relaxing environment after a long and busy day. Staff are always friendly, warm, and accommodating.

Expedia had this as Crown Plaza , not Hotel Cabana. Wall paper falling off, door jammed tight and almost impossible to open, clean but falling apart. Outdated and inconvenient.
