Carpet smells bad had to buy air freshener to be able to be in our room. AC worked good, TV is old model bad picture. Only one elevator works and sometimes it felt like it wanted to give up, we used the stairs. Good thing it’s right next to NRG stadium so U walk to the game.

First off I booked the room and my name and the hotel gave me issues because I didn't use Steven on my driver's license but I used Steve on my booking. It took 4 hours for me to check in because the management kept saying how much it was against policy because it didn't exactly match my driver's license. Will never stay here again this is a POS Hotel bad management very very very misleading it is not the Wingate as in wyn it is Wingate w i n totally two different places totally two different ownerships very misleading and very mistrusting

Beds and linens were good. Grounds were so gated, that it was a one mile walk from the main road to get to the check in lobby. It's close to the NRG stadium but inaccessible. had to walk to the freeway and then back to get in.

The accommodations are outdated. Communication was difficult due to the cultural differences. So many minimum hiccups to list. Had an opportunity to share with on hand management who immediately disregarded me and suggested I seek a different hotel.

Not bad for a cheap hotel, but room had mildew and hotel was run down on the outside, definitley could use some help. Room was ok and not bad priced for right by the stadium and great service. Would give it a 3 out of 5 but definitley not as nice like the pics show.

This was probably the worse hotel ive stayed in. No ac in any public area and its in texas which was 100 during the day. The decor was outdated and run down. In the 1st room ac didnt work and the tub felt like there was water under it and gave way when you stepped in. It was dirty in the public areas and only one elevator worked which was tiny and very far away. Only plus was the location for the nrg center.
