Good Handicap Room & Excellent Service
TV problem, desk clerk came up right away and fixed it. My husband uses a walker and staff held doors and carried luggage to the elevator. Room was right across from elevator. Very nice handicap room with room to move around with the walker. Room was conveniently located near ice machine as well.

The bed wasnt very comfortable. The breakfast wasnt very good. Not many options for breakfast. The hot tub wasnt very hot and was green.

The price was decent. However after checking I. You realize why. No bath tub, just a shower. No alarm clock and when you get a wake up call the first was ten mins late and the second a hour early. Two kids were stuck in the pool room because the door was stuck and wouldn’t let them out and there was no phone in there to use.when we called the front desk they got a guy to prop the door which he used a box cutter. The pool didn’t look like the bottom had been cleaned in years. Hot tub jets turned on after ten mins the. Shut off and wouldn’t turn back on. Breakfast was very limited beds are very hard.

The free breakfast was sub par. The pancake machine wasn't working along with the cereal dispensers. The toaters handle was laying on the counter and there was no tongs to get yourself bread or muffins. Nothing was restock as items ran out.

We're not sure what they meant by newly renovated but it was poorly maintained. Dirty toilet and lights that didn't work in the room. Their breakfast offerings were less then 1 star. Pancake maker inoperable in both days and other items barely stocked or not stocked.

You could tell it had been renovated as it was updated really well. Very clean, nice employees. We didn't stay long, basically just to sleep overnight.
