TV problem, desk clerk came up right away and fixed it. My husband uses a walker and staff held doors and carried luggage to the elevator. Room was right across from elevator. Very nice handicap room with room to move around with the walker. Room was conveniently located near ice machine as well.

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff and not very busy! Room was updated too!
