We stayed one night out of three. We checked and it was a bit dirty and smelled but we had an event to get to so we figured it would be okay for the night. We noticed our room did not have a remote so we asked the front desk for a remote. They didn't bring one back. When we returned we asked for a remote again. They gave us a remote, that was for a different TV then the one we had in our room. That's when I turned on the sink lights and the roaches scattered. I killed two of them. We check out the next morning and I regret that we waited that long. They did credit our entire stay and that is nice but it would be nicer if we hadn't even gone there.

Had a great experience

Worst stay ever! Carpet in rooms but I don’t believe housekeeping has a vacuum! Dirty dirty dirty. Don’t stay here.

Staff was nice. Besides that, everything was pretty awful. I booked for the pool. Pool looks like it hasn’t been used in years. Checked in to room. Bathroom dirty with used towels and soap, unflushed toilet. We were given another room. Black mold on the walls of the bathroom. Black mold on door. Burns in table. Dirty coffee pot with coffee grounds still in it from previous occupants. Paint peeling. Used toothpicks between bed and night stand. Clock continued to beep on and off through the night. Remote for tv worked sometimes and sometimes it didn’t. All throughout the night people were smoking weed and you could smell it in the room. Along with cigarettes. Zero privacy. I could hear the conversation clear from the room next to us. No fruit at breakfast. The pictures showed are nothing like it is in real life. A true catfish.

Unfortunately the pool was closed for my whole 9 day stay. It also seems like my room was not cleaned during the time I was there. This is not a big deal for me, but might be for someone else.

Property seemed in the middle of some upkeep and/or renovations. (needed from what I could tell) Outside areas around the building were littered with tools and other things. Stairs and other walkways were dirty and not well kept up.

The room was very dirty and the outside area was overgrown and needs lots work. Will find another place to stay next time.

Advertised that they had a pool. It looks like it had been closed for years. Flies all over the room. Very dirty. I didn’t even sleep there because it looked so sketchy.

Staff was very accommodating with my situation. Summit was good about communicating. Good vibes.Always had clean towels and room was fine.

Your internet pictures must be 10 years old. The hotel need lots oh upgrades everywhere, needs landscape, painting, clean and open pool, upgrades in rooms for Wyndham standards
