Very good hotel, nice room, clean and quiet.

Drug activity, They did not honor the late check out time that they approved and the room was not clean especially the bathroom.

We stayed one night out of three. We checked and it was a bit dirty and smelled but we had an event to get to so we figured it would be okay for the night. We noticed our room did not have a remote so we asked the front desk for a remote. They didn't bring one back. When we returned we asked for a remote again. They gave us a remote, that was for a different TV then the one we had in our room. That's when I turned on the sink lights and the roaches scattered. I killed two of them. We check out the next morning and I regret that we waited that long. They did credit our entire stay and that is nice but it would be nicer if we hadn't even gone there.

No one at desk for check in. Room was nasty we didn’t stay. Came back next day to check out no one at desk had to call told me to leave keys at desk. Another customer said she checked in on Dec 10 it’s the 14th now & no one has came to clean room give towels or bathroom supplies. I will never go to one again

I have never been so embarrassed. I knew it was not a 4 star hotel but at the very least it could be clean. There were bugs in the shower and mold. It was yucky. Do not go here!!!!!!

Hotel could use an upgrade. Starting to look old. Rooms are nice just dated.

NO ROOM CLEANING NO AMENITIES NO CLEAN TOWELS

First room we were assigned had a perfume scent so strong we couldn’t be in the room more than 10 seconds. When we went back to the front desk to swap rooms the guy at the desk mocked us for not taking the room and assigned us another. We open the door to the second room, the bed is messy, tv is blasting and there’s a big bottle of cheap wine on the table. We go back to the front desk and he says the room isn’t occupied and we tell them to go look for themselves. He then gives us another room and a shabby large woman walks by saying our room is the wrong one and then guy she’s with corrects her and she goes to the previous room and grabs the bottle of wine and says sorry. Apparently she’s the housekeeper. Then the guys who are in rooms around us peer while they just stand outside their rooms while smoking pot. Charming. And then there’s the roach we see the next morning. Stay clear of this place. Spend the extra couple hundred bucks and get a safe clean room down the road
