Freezing Cold
The room was freezing cold and heat did not work. Slept with a coat. Went down to front desk to see if someone could fix it. We were told a technician would be up to fix it. three days and it was still freezing when we left. It was 80 outside. The air would not turn off.
Great Hospitality!
I stayed several nights during a conference. Indranie was very helpful to the conference teams needs and the check in and check out staff were friendly. Rooms clean and availability and price online was solid.

Excellent service, shuttle and rooms.
I was caught up in the Delta Airlines debacle, checked in at 1:00 a.m., stood in line dutifully as the hotel had two people at the front desk who masterfully checked in a long line of people just looking to get a few hours of rest. Thanks for the great room, the great shuttle driver and the perfectly calm front desk personnel. Bravo!
