The hotel is under new ownership and no one knows what they are doing or has any information. Is there an airport shuttle? On hold til we gave up. Asked in person blank stares. There is a shuttle bus branded with hotel name in the parking lot. Most shampoo/comditioner/body wash in showers (we had a two bathroom unit) was empty. Breakfast seemed to end super early — 9 am on Saturday they were clearing it up. Breakfast was inconsistent when you could get it and generally overcooked or cold. Seems to be growing pains with new ownership but it’s not a customer friendly/eager to please beginning.

I didn't understand why the awesome reviews I read about this hotel. Our stay was not bad but not good. The administration needs to learn a lot about how to manage a business like this. The staff is very kind and friendly, but the details like empty shampoo and conditioner dispensers, no extra pillows or comforters at front desk and a very limited breakfast made our stay not very happy.

The accommodations were clean and spacious; easy check in and out. Breakfast was comparable with other big chain hotels where we’ve stayed in the past. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings of Schaumberg with the convenience of. Chicago close by without actually having to stay in the city. It was easy to get to and we even had food delivered one evening with ease. Would gladly stay here again!

Basic. The pillows were too hard for me. It was really quiet and ample room. I think it would be good for a family. I picked because the breakfast reviews were good. I only ate the yogurt so I would not say the breakfast was a selling point. It was clean and not fancy.

I loved my stay. But 250 deposit is insane 😳. Plus you have to pay for parking 😒 that's a bit much. But the property is beautiful. Nice place to take your kids 👌

We stayed here for my daughter's 40th birthday as a girls getaway night. The 2 br with king sized beds made it less awkward. There was plenty of room and we had a great time! I'd stay here again any time.

The only issue I had was that the lower seal around the door was letting in air from outside. I meant to tell the staff at front desk but forgot. I know this is something the mats hard to detect when you’re not staying in a room. Guest need to report this. However, there was one thing thst should have been taken care of between customers and that was the shower dispensers. A three were empty when we checked in. That shouldn’t happen. It was quickly resolved she. We brought it up, but we child not have had to do that. Other than that the staff was excellent. Food was great with good selection.

We loved our stay! It was a very nice two bedroom apartment-like hotel. Very comfortable and on the cleaner side compared to the hotels I've stayed in. Breakfast had many options as well. Loved it! Highly recommend thevs the Schaumburg location.

The location is close to everything in the Schaumburg area. Check in was smooth and the employees we talked to were pleasant. The hotel could have been cleaner. There was a cart of dirty linens sitting under the stairs outside the door to our room. We used the pull out sofa as the cushions and mattress looked pretty gross. There was also a slight musty smell when you first entered the room. The body wash and shampoo dispensers in the shower were empty. Thankfully we only had to stay one night.

Very spacious room with plenty of beds and towels. Great for big families. Breakfast was a good selection of proteins and grains. Surrounding area was lovely and safe.
