The lady working the front desk is such a sweetheart. Every time I come here, she is so sweet and helpful.

We were generally satisfied with the room overall. A major drawback is the room only has hard floors with no floor mat to wipe feet/absorb water from the winter/wet conditions outside. Made a wet mess of the floor where we had to use a bath towel to clean it up and use as a floor mat. Breakfast is very limited but is a breakfast.

My son had to work in Greencastle. With the weather conditions, needed to be close by, and safe during travel. I brought my car the two dogs and even though it was within 45 minutes from home, and the weather expected was an overnight and next day for snow. He worked extra hours and drove back to the motel when he finished his shift. The distance was only three miles from his work to motel. Since checkout time was at 11am and he got off early am in the thick of the heavy snow, it bought us time for the roads to get plowed and go back home. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms clean and comfortable. Will definitely use this motel again. Beds were very comfortable and price was the best locally that was closest to his work.

Front desk was very nice. Hotel is old but room was clean. Odd that i couldnt even pay for a late checkout and odd to check in behind bullet proof glass.

The door leaked cold air from outside-29 degree cold! The microwave turntable was left dirty with crusted on food. The phone in the room did not work. The floor lamp wouldn’t plug in because the prongs were bent. Other than that the bed & bathroom were fine, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Very friendly staff, clean comfortable room. Only downfall is a three day maximum pet policy.
