This hotel was clean and comfortable. The mattress was great for my back! No aches at all. James is awesome! He's a great host. This young man remembers each guest's name! That's amazing! You have a jewel at this property. Will certainly come back whenever I return to the area.

The staff was just great, very attentive.
Any questions about places to eat or shop, directions to Fort Monroe or find a service station. The staff was always there to help me.

I had a great night of sleep. Very relaxing and comfortable. Place is a little dated but it did the job. I have no major complaints. The staff was friendly. Breakfast is a no go but no big deal I went out to eat something.

I have to stay that night because the agent could not cancel the reservation a change to La Quinta Hotel. The area of the Microhotel was very bad area and I realized when I got at the hotel. If I didn’t have a cash reward I have to paid from my pocket with out wanting. This was a nightmare for me that you couldn’t change me to another better hotel. It is very sad because I am a gold client for menu years.
