NYLO hotel Dallas Plano.
I was disappointed with ouur stay in this hotel. When I booked, it showed inclusions for the booking which included breakfast. I only stayed in this hotel because of my family from other states who wanted to frequently see my grand baby while they’re in this hotel. This hotel is quite pricey for me considering I paid more than $300 without breakfast. There was supposed to b e a hotel that I was trying to book with that was like $240 breakfast included. The rooms were clean though but the beds are only double/full unlike most hotels that has queen size beds. I don’t know why I was also charged with extra person when I only booked for three adults and a 10 months old baby.

My stay was OK. The lighting in the rooms is not good at all, and the toilet in my room was very loud and made noise like every hour. The decor was nice and I loved the location, but I would probably not stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at NYLO, our one and only complaint would be the sink in the bathroom. It was very difficult to wash our face without getting water everywhere. That was the only downside we would stay again.

Great stay! Friendly staff, clean amenities, the only issue was that they were having issues with their hot water supply so showers were lukewarm at best! I am sure that was a temporary issue. Highly recommend otherwise.
