The hotel was really nice, close to great dining. Staff recommended the Rib Shack about a mile away. If you ever stay air this location, you have to go there. Otherwise, the hotel was outstanding, great full breakfast; eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, oatmeal, toast, coffee, tea, waffles, it was great!

I’ve stayed at other Sleep Inn numerous times, with not a single issue, so that’s why I chose this one. What a huge mistake that was, this Sleep Inn is a total sh** hole. My first room: I almost tripped and fell over the door bumper on the floor and a hole in the wall where it once was. Turned on the TV and couldn’t change channels because the up/down buttons didn’t work. Ok, I can deal with that and enter each channel by number, just no surfing. Went to the bathroom and was greeted by an unknown pubic hair sitting on the top of the toilet tank, my patients are low now. Tried to flush the toilet and it wouldn’t flush. Changed rooms, room #2, same remote control problem and the TV is 7 feet to the left of the bed! Turned on the heater and a family of 40-50 beetles came running out of the vents. Used the guest laundry, the dryer took two $2 cycles to almost dry my clothes, brought them to my room to hang them to dry on the ironing board….which was also broken and had to be propped up between two nasty stained chairs. The first morning had a great breakfast, so I was amazed, then that went away too on day two….had nothing out and no one was there working. The stairwells were filthy with mud, the hand rails were broken off and laying on the floor. There was an empty shampoo bottle and absolutely no conditioner in the shower, not even a bottle….nothing! I only stayed because it’s not so easy to change/refund once booked. The worst part was that I left a great hotel to save $12/day

I was given a room with known issues. No bathroom mirror and shower not working. Even after I complaining in the morning, the shower was not fixed. I had to checkout without taking shower. I expected better from Sleep Inn and Suites.

The property itself was fine. We had brand new carpet in the room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We did have some issues while we were there. Our cover on our key pad was off, our door wouldn’t lock properly when we closed it(that got fixed), our shower had no water pressure, the cleaning people took our towels and didn’t replace them, our key cards stopped working day 2 of a 4 day trip, day 3 there wasn’t any water at breakfast and it was all my husband could drink, and we had to replace our own toilet paper. The hotel itself isn’t bad, it’s just the little things that added up.

Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I didn’t care for was the hallways smelled of old cigarette smoke, but the rooms didn’t.

I had reservations for Sleep inn in Meridian and I arrived at 4:15. I told the clerk my name and she told me the room was canceled. I check the Hotel.com and it showed me my reservation was still there. I called the sleep inn and told her and she said she ran my card and it declined and she canceled my room. I told her I never had an issue at any hotel that I book and they don’t run my card until I arrived. I will never book there again.
