Ground level room and privacy/light blocking curtain torn so no privacy to parking lot. Was obvious had been that way for some time. Asked for safety pins to close it up but was given packing tape. Tv didnt work. Staff completely disinterested.

Everything was good. Bathtub dripped water all the time and heat in room was noisy. But overall it was very good. Breakfasts could of been varied up instead of same both days

Our stay was extremely unsatisfactory. The room was very cold due to a draft coming in through the outside wall. We turned the heat to 80 just to be comfortable enough to sleep. We also weren't able to shower or bathe ourselves and our children because the shower drain was completely clogged. The fan didn't work in the bathroom and the vent was completely caked in dust.
