Good place to stay!
Good stay. Good, clean rooms and pleasant staff.
The manager went out of her way to be accommodating.
When I attempted to check in on Friday evening, August 9, the clerk at the front desk was adamant that I did not have reservations. Not only had I made those reservations, but I paid in advance and had proof in front of me on my phone. He would’ve been comfortable sending me away. Thankfully, the manager overheard that there was a problem and stepped in and immediately verified that I had reservations and gave me a very nice room. I don’t have the clerks name, but I think perhaps he should undergo additional customer service training. Again, the manager remedied what was a very upsetting situation.

We love staying here. Best hotel in Mount Laurel. Staff are extremely nice and helpful and rooms are beautiful. We will always stay here when we arrive in New Jersey.

Nice hotel. Doesn't get 5 stars because the streaming services and TV were outdated. Netflix kept going in and out and TV was a dinosaur. Shame. This rating really should have been 5 stars. But go big or go home! Right? Otherwise comfy.
