We had to travel due to hurricane Helene and had to evacuate our home. We came here and everything seen fine at first. The staff and room was great. However, while eating breakfast they allowed pets to be in the breakfast area. I understand being a pet friendly hotel but they shouldn’t be around where people eat. For that, I will not return.

Our suite was spacious and clean. We had all we needed. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok.
We were close to the base and restaurants. Definitely, try Aminici, three minutes away and Page's Okra Grill in Summerville.
The hotel was not in the best area but I never felt unsafe but beware of your surroundings.

Check in was fast and easy! Washer and dryer did the job. NO regular creamer in the lobby. Powdered creamer in the room. Breakfast was meh….definitely one of the worst for a Residence Inn. Air conditioner was extremely loud.

We loved this place so much we stayed an extra night. The outdoor areas are so nice and the rooms are beautiful and clean. Every single staff member has been unbelievably kind and helpful, from front staff to the night security guard. we used the grill and it was full of propane. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. The store is expensive but helpful. We will absolutely be staying here again.
